This policy explains when and how you can get a refund for software purchased on YourEasySofts.com. It's written to be simple and fair — because every app comes with a 3-day free trial, we expect actual refund requests to be rare.

1. Try before you buy

Every app on this site offers a free 3-day trial with full access, activated with just your email address. We strongly encourage you to try the app during this period to confirm it does what you need before purchasing.

2. 30-day money-back guarantee

You can request a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date, no questions asked. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your order details, and we'll process it personally.

3. What isn't covered

• Refund requests made more than 30 days after purchase.
• Custom software ordered through our "Order custom software" form — refund terms for custom work are agreed individually, in writing, before the order is accepted.

4. How refunds are processed

All payments on this site are processed by Paddle.com, our payment provider and Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle back to your original payment method, and can take several business days to appear depending on your bank or card provider. Once a refund is issued, your license key is deactivated.
