This page explains what personal data YourEasySofts.com collects, why, and how it's handled. We keep this simple on purpose: we don't require accounts or passwords, so we collect far less than a typical site.

1. What we collect

• Email address — provided when you start a free trial, make a purchase, ask a question, or submit a custom software request. Used to send your license key, download link, trial reminders, and to reply to you.
• Purchase and license information — which app you bought, your license key, and a device identifier used to enforce the one-device license rule.
• Website analytics — via Google Analytics and Google Search Console, we collect anonymized, aggregate data about site traffic and search performance (pages visited, general location, device type). This does not identify you personally.
• Newsletter subscription (optional) — if you sign up for update emails, we store your email until you unsubscribe (a link is included in every email).

2. What we don't collect

We don't ask for passwords (there are no user accounts on this site), and we never see or store your payment card details — those are handled entirely by Paddle.

3. Who we share data with

• Paddle.com — processes your payment as our Merchant of Record and handles related tax compliance.
• Cloudflare — hosts the site, our backend logic, and file storage.
• Google — provides website analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console).

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

4. Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, by emailing [email protected]. Unsubscribing from emails is always available via the link in every message we send.

5. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the latest revision.
